We meticulously screen, recruit, train, and deploy fully certified and licensed educators in high-demand areas, including special education, science, mathematics, and languages.

Chief Executive Officer
Aurora Castro, M.Ed.
Founder of GRLLC, Aurora was a high school teacher and college instructor in Manila, Philippines, a scholar in Tokyo, Japan, worked in finance offices at NATO and the US Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, and is currently a financial adviser in Virginia.

From a military family who moved from Wisconsin to Japan, then to Morocco, and back to the US, Richard served 3 years in the US Army Signal Corps and retired after 31 years at AT&T.
